Apple Spice Bread
You won’t be able to resist this bread; once you start smelling the succulent apple bread aroma filling the air while it’s baking, it’s pretty much over. Our Apple Bread is moist and flavorful with chunks of apples. You only need to add oil, eggs and water. Want less fat? Make with applesauce and water for a Reduced-Fat version!

You will need:
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 8x4x2 loaf pan.
2- Combine water, oil, eggs and bread mix in medium bowl; blend well.
3- Spread in loaf pan. Sprinkle with Streusel Mix. Lightly press streusel into batter.
4- Bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
5- Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
High Altitude: (over 5,000 feet) Increase water by 2 tablespoons and add 1/3 cup flour.
